If you’re receiving an error message when trying to upload your daily progress pic to the app, this most often is caused by a data conflict in the cached data on your phone.
Fixing this is easy:
1. Go to the settings screen and sign out
2. Log in with the original method you used to create your account.
This problem is usually caused when you get logged out during an app update and then log in with a different method than was used originally. Some cached data from the original account may still show up, making it appear that you’re on your original account still, but you’ll receive an error when you try to add a progress pic or access past day details.
