Progress Pics Say “No Internet”

If you can’t see recent pics from early February 2024 in the app, try these steps:

1. Refresh the app by swiping up from the bottom of your phone’s home screen to view recent apps. If this doesn’t work, move to step 2.

2. Delete and reinstall the app to clear your phone’s cache. This won’t delete your account or progress.

3. Before deleting, add your name to your profile in the settings. This helps us find your account if you forget your login method. Note any email shown in the settings.

4. After adding your name, delete the app.

6. Log in again. If your progress isn’t visible, you may have a new or different account. Sign out and try another email or contact us for help with your account login.
